WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80070422
Error: 0x80070422 The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

วิธีแก้ให้ลองไปที่
Computer Management > Service and Applications > Service
และให้หา
WSL Service
คลิกขวา > Properties
เลื่อกที่ start up type แล้วตั้งเป็นอะไรก็ได้ที่ไม่ใช้ disable
กด apply แล้วก็ start
