End User License Agreement (EULA)
End User License Agreement This is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Nunimohu StudioLab ("Developer" or "we") which governs the use of our software and games (the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Licensing
1.1 License: Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Nunimohu StudioLab grants a limited, non-exclusive license. It is irrevocable, non-transferable, and revocable to you to install and use the Software for personal or commercial use as permitted by the Developer.

4. Updates and Support
4.1 Updates: We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software.
4.2 Support: Nunimohu StudioLab There is no obligation to provide technical support, but support can be provided at its own discretion.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by the Developer: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke access to the Software if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
5.2 Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling and discontinuing use of the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
6.1 No Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2 Disclaimer: Nunimohu StudioLab It is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use your software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country or state].
8. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software after any changes is deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Violations of our Core Terms of Service are not allowed.
