Necessary guidelines

The first thing we want to say is that these are key guidelines that apply to all of our names, brands, and assets.

If you are using any part of our name, any part of our brand, or any of our properties, you are using any part of our name.

• Do not do anything or include anything that makes people think that what you share may be interpreted as official or endorsed by us as relevant, endorsed, or linked to us.

• Do not be illegal, deceptive, obscene, harmful, or harassing.

• Do not do anything that would harm or damage our name, brand or property (e.g. gambling, pornography, violence, terrorism, or unsafe/adult content).

• Do not redistribute our games or alter our games or game files.

• Commercial exploitation or exploitation of what we do is prohibited unless these guidelines state that it is okay.

• Don't give access to what we do in an unfair or unreasonable way.

• Don't pretend to be / associated with / sponsored by Nunimohu StudioLab

Use of Content

You must not use our content for the following reasons:

• Create new content using our content to make illegal media or NSFW media.

• Used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

• Inappropriate and harmful content

• Misleading content

• Use as part of a poster, sign, cover, media, or advertisement without permission.

Ownership

When you use our content. As it is our intellectual property, you must attributable and comply with the following conditions:

• If it is a product or digital content. No more than 8 hours per 7 days or 26 hours per 7 days are not allowed for approved commercial use.

• If it is digital software, Users are not allowed to access more than 20,000 licenses or unlimited licenses. For commercial projects that have been approved.

• If it is a physical product. Production is not allowed if the power consumption exceeds 30MW per 7 days or 580,000 MW per day for approved commercial purposes.

• If it is a recognition of the content or product. You must not remember more than 10,000 times in 7 days or not limit. For commercial projects that have been approved.

Nunimohu StudioLab Content Usage Policy

1. Authorization requirements

   • Any agency that wants to broadcast Any official permission from Nunimohu StudioLab prior to publication in any form requires official permission from Nunimohu StudioLab.

2. Restrictions on the use of content

   • All content is the intellectual property of Nunimohu StudioLab. Reproduce, or republish without permission.

   • Content in a misleading, defamatory or inappropriate context is prohibited.

   • Do not use the content to cause trouble or bring down the reputation of any person, group of people or organization.

3. Technical limitations of transmission

   • Television or satellite broadcasting requires frequencies below 10 GHz.

   • Transmit or upload at frequencies exceeding 10 GHz in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Quality and completeness of content

   • Quality must be maintained. The resolution and ratio of the content according to the original.

   • Do not compress or edit that results in a loss of quality, except with permission from Nunimohu StudioLab only.

5. Geographical Restrictions

   • The broadcast of content must comply with the laws and regulations of each region.

   • International broadcasts must be licensed in advance and comply with applicable copyright laws.

6. Monetization and commercial use

   • Monetization of Nunimohu StudioLab content through ads, pay-per-view systems, or other channels requires an additional license agreement.

   • Unauthorized use of the content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

7. Responsibility and Compliance

   • Violation of these conditions may lead to legal proceedings. Revocation of broadcasting rights and claims for damages

   • Publishers are responsible for complying with these requirements.

8. Modification of the specification

   • Nunimohu StudioLab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, notifying the publisher before they become effective.

When you broadcast Nunimohu StudioLab content, you agree to and agree to these terms.

Using it on your Minecraft server

In order to use our content on the Minecraft network, you must have our express consent. Failure to comply with the contract will be void and we may take legal action.

• No violation of the Mojang and Microsoft EULA is allowed.

• Do not abuse or violate any agreement from us.

• The power used by the network must not exceed 300 MW per 90 days.

• You must not sell or store our content on your network.

• Do not monetize our content or products in any way.

• You have no right to complain about our content being used by other networks.

• Use the content fairly and ethically.
